Individual Call In. Please direct your guests to call our in-house reservations department: 414-488-0540, An online reservation link will also be provided approximately ten days after the signed agreement has been received. Requests for room types and room upgrades will be honored based on availability and are not guaranteed. 

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY

All guests pay room, applicable fees and taxes, parking and incidental charges. 

The deposit will be forfeited for all no-show reservations and for all reservations not canceled at least 48 hours prior to arrival. 

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES

Check in time is 3:00pm or later. Guests arriving prior to 3:00pm will be accommodated as soon as possible, but early check in is not guaranteed. Check out time is 12:00PM. Arrangements can be made for baggage storage with our fron1 desk.
